The Library Committee works with the Library Director and City Management to ensure that the Winooski Memorial Library enriches lives, builds community, and fosters success by bringing people, information, and ideas together. Committee members are appointed by the City Council to serve three-year terms. The committee meets monthly. Previously, the Library was served by an Advisory Board. In July 2014. the Council approved a new form of library governance. Please read the Library Committee Charter for more information regarding their purpose and role.
